Delivery

We usually dispatch orders within 1 working day when we receive a payment. ( Monday to Friday ) Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days. It seldom takes us longer to send the goods. If this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.

In order to benefit from one postage and packaging charge for multiple items, please add items to your basket and pay for all items together.

Your order will be sent using UPS courier. Tracking information is available.

Returns

Customers have the right to return the item purchased within 14 days. If this should happen and the item matched your order we reserve the right to refund for the purchased item only. This is due to the shipping and packaging costs.

If a purchased product has manufacturing defects or you have been mistakenly shipped merchandise inconsistent with your order, Go Shopping Best will do their best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

In order for us to process a refund, we require the goods to be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all labels. You are responsible for any loss or damage from when your item(s) are delivered to you until they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service. It is your responsibility to arrange and fund the cost of returning an item(s) to Go Shopping Best

The exceptions here are instances where the Go Shopping Best deem an item(s) to be faulty or when the wrong item(s) has been delivered or the item has been reported damaged within 24 hours of Receipt In such cases depending on the item size etc we will provide a prepaid post label or Courier collection.

Refund is possible when :

- Items are returned carriage paid.

- Items are received in a resalable condition.

- Items should be returned unused in their original condition.

- Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.

- All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order, and reason for return.

We will require photographic evidence via email to proceed with the refund or an exchange. When the item is returned to us in the same condition and we will confirm all the mentioned issues with the buyer you can request a full refund or exchange.

If the items have been damaged or destroyed, we will not accept the return and you must pay for the cost of the damage if you did not write down a protocol in the presence of courrier.

Go Shopping Best is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
